Katakat



Ingredients:

- Liver      250 gm   
- Kidney   250 gm
Brain     250 gm
Heart
Yoghurt    125 gm
Crushed Red Pepper  1 tsp
Turmeric powder     1 tsp
All spice powder     1 tsp
Cumin seeds (crushed) 1 tbsp
Ginger paste    1 tbsp
Garlic paste     1 tbsp
Salt    to tatse
Butter / Ghee 4 tbsp
Oil    3 tbsp
Fenugreek leaves / kasuri methi     1 tbsp
Onion   1
Tomato   2
Green Chilli   4
Coriander leaves   ¼ bunch
Water as required

Method:

In a pan warm 3 tbsp oil,Then add all kind of meat except brain. After 5 to 7 mins meat changes its colour then add all vegetables.Continusely stirring.After vegetables is cooked then start adding adding spices.After that cook for 5 mins.then add 4 tbsp water.
