- Yoghurt 125 gm
- Crushed Red Pepper 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder 1 tsp
- All spice powder 1 tsp
- Cumin seeds (crushed)
1 tbsp
- Ginger paste 1 tbsp
- Garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Salt to tatse
- Butter / Ghee 4 tbsp
- Oil 3 tbsp
- Fenugreek leaves /
kasuri methi 1 tbsp
- Onion 1
- Tomato 2
- Green Chilli 4
- Coriander leaves ¼ bunch
- Water as required
Method:
In a pan warm 3 tbsp oil,Then add all kind of meat except brain. After 5
to 7 mins meat changes its colour then add all vegetables.Continusely
stirring.After vegetables is cooked then start adding adding spices.After that
cook for 5 mins.then add 4 tbsp water.
