Chocolate Brownies




Ingredients

- Eggs                                                          4 
- Sugar                                                         1 cup  / ( 200 gms)
Butter    (melted)                                      230 gms  
All Purpose Flour                                     1 cup / (120 gms)
Coca Powder (unsweetened)               2/3 cup / ( 80 gms)
Salt                                                              pinch                        
- Baking Powder                                         1/2 tsp             
- Milk    (warm)                                              8 tbsp    
- Vanilla Essence                                        1 tsp    


Method

  In a bowl take melted butter and sugar. Beat it with the help of electricbeater for about 5 - 6 mins till creamy. Then add coca powder. Again beat it for 2 mins. Now add Eggs one by one. First put 1 egg then beat then other and so on.After all eggs being aded and beaten well add flour , baking powder , salt and vanilla essence.again beat for 1 min or till everythings being well mixed. Don't do overbeating after adding flour.Now ad warm milk and beat t again.Now pour the complete mixture into a greasedbrownie pan and bake it in a pre-heated oven at 170 C for about 20 - 25 mins or till the skewer comes out moist not completely dry.Serve warm or cooled with a cup of tea or coffee or as a yummy dessert served with a big scoop of vanilla ice cream and some brownies crumbs for a nice and cute look.Enjoy!!!


TIP: Before pop in to oven tap the dishtwice or thrice. Do the same immedietely after taking the dish out of the oven.
TIP: Don't over bake ur brownies otherwise it will be too dry and looses its moisture.
TIP: Sieve the dry ingredients 3 times to get nice result.
