Method:
In a sauce put Linsen , water , tomamto puree,
oil , red chill and turmeric powders.Cook till lentil is tender.Then add
tarmarind paste and blend it with blender a form a smooth liquidy texture.After
that add cumin seeds and All spice powder.Cook it for 15 – 20 mins on a low
flame.In another pan heat oil. Add cumin seeds , curry leaves and Red chillis.
let them splutter. Then add this into lentil. Stir once and dish out. Serve
with cumin rice.
